Essay #1:   "Review of two books on ancient Perspective illustration"     ("Click" on title to view text -- 2 pages)
        How two modern studies of ancient Pompeian murals point us to the long-lost Greek theater perspective system cited by Vitruvius, and how the modern Glide Projection system corresponds to perspective geometries of later Pompeian styles.

Essay #2:   "The non-euclidean OPTICS of Euclid"     ("Click" on title to view text -- 1 page)
        An hypothesis that the ancient Optics of Euclid (c. 300 B.C.) described both euclidean and non-eculidean visualizations -- a primal pan-geometry from which the author extracts the premier euclidean form.
